Greetings!  Welcome to the brand-spanking new Wyattobrianevans.net.

I’m beyond jazzed and “over the moon” about fiscal year 2011!  Why?  Well, because of the many new intriguing and exciting endeavors and projects I have in store for all you guys.

First, I’ve just written the follow up to my illuminating, controversial and explosive 2008 QBliss series about racism within the GLBTQI community entitled, The Cancer that Slowly Consumes Our Very Souls: Racism. These articles were extremely popular, and syndicated in a variety of venues.  And, the series became award winning.

But most importantly, this series helped push the issue of race, discrimination and racism –which can be contentious and inflammatory—“out of the closet,” fostering constructive, candid, and give-and-take conversations within our Community, and the society at large.

This new fiscal year, I’m pushing further still by teaming up with QBliss founder, publisher and editor-in-chief Russell Olivera to conduct national workshops on racism.  In the coming weeks, I’ll share more details with you.

Yes, this will definitely be a super rewarding and busy time for me!  Additionally, I’ll kick off another leg of my Nothing Can Tear Us Apart (NCTUA) book tour.  As you know, NCTUA is the HOT, sexy-cool, erotically charged saga of Wesley, a wealthy, powerful, openly gay African-American celeb/entrepreneur, and Antonio, his openly gay, deliciously muscular Latino partner and bodyguard.

The couple must confront daunting challenges and obstacles with threaten to rip apart their monogamous relationship.  And to make matters worse, a duplicitous and deadly “gangsta” is thrown in the mix.  He’s Ruffkut--and has one helluva score to settle with Wes!

Nothing Can Tear Us Apart has something for everyone: rich drama, action, adventure, intrigue, romance, twists and turns, cliffhangers…..and tasteful, scrumptious erotica!  Also, NCTUA shines a light on relevant issues impacting the GLBTQI community including partner abuse, tensions between Blacks and Latinos, and the down-low. And next summer, I’ll drop Sinnin’ In Tha Citay.  This new novel also will be chock full of rich drama, intrigue, action, romance, chills and thrills, cliffhangers…and ALL the sexual heat you can handle!  (Yo—is it HOT in here, or what?  Smile.)
